FAQ

New Patients

Welcome to all new patients. Whether it’s for a dental emergency, a second opinion, or because you are looking for a dentist , it will be our pleasure to welcome you among us. We accept patients of all ages. The greatest gift you can give us is to refer us your family and friends. Thank you for your great show of confidence.

Appointments

We offer an emergency service and make every effort to see patients in pain the same day. Because we treat many dental emergencies, several circumstances may extend the length of an appointment. Numerous emergency situations may occur on the same day at our clinic and cause some delays. We are grateful for your understanding and for your patience.

Any appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you. We require 48 hours notice if you must modify this appointment. Please take note that should our clinic policy not be respected, a fee may be charged. We are aware that unforeseen circumstances may arrive therefore we are understanding towards these situations.

Fees & Payments

Our goal is to provide the best possible care at reasonable rates. We follow the fee guide established by the Association des chirurgiens dentistes du Québec for that current year.

Please note that no credit is granted. Fees and all costs related to treatment are payable in full at the end of each visit.

We accept many payment methods to better serve you: cash, visa, mastercard, interac.

Parking

In front of the Queen Elizabeth Health Complex, you will find a paying parking (Vinci Park) situated on Northcliffe avenue. Please consult the parking for the pricing.

Insurance

If you have one or more dental insurances, we will simplify your life by sending your claims via the internet, if your insurance allows it. This way, in a few seconds, your insurer informs us of the amount he agrees to pay. If your insurance does not accept electronic claims, we will print you out an already completed manual claim form to mail so that you can get reimbursed faster.

Please take note that every person’s coverage is different based on the agreement that was negotiated between your employer and the insurance company . It is therefore your responsibility to be informed about your coverage. (e.i.: deductable, your annual maximum, frequency for recall exams, cleanings, etc.)

Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec

We treat numerous patients whose care is paid for by the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec. Be assured that the quality of care provided remains the same regardless of how the costs are paid. Please note that not all services are covered and not everyone is eligible.

In private practice, certain services are covered by the Health insurance card for children under 10 years old. Any other expense is the responsibility of the parents. In private practice, some services are covered only for recipients of financial assistance of last resort for a specified period. The Health insurance card must be valid and presented at each appointment along with their personal or family claim slip, as the case may be. If the patient requires treatment not covered by the Régie, and the patient agrees to the treatment, the patient is responsible to pay the fees associated.
